The release of this duet makes me feel like, despite my long-term appreciation for her, I’ve been underestimating Gaga. For me it was unexpected sublimity. Her voice seems perfectly suited for this diddy, so easy, smooth, resonating and ringing softly in the ear like the toll of an air-light bell.
